چابک یک دستگاه فکری است که متدهای متعدد و متفاوتی را در خود جای داده است و تنها به اسکرام ختم نمی‌شود. با این حال بر طبق گزارش Agile state در سال ۲۰۲۲، اسکرام با چیزی حدود ۹۰ درصد، پر استفاده‌ترین چارچوب در میان متدهای چابک است. این عدد به نسبت ۴ سال قبل، یعنی ۲۰۱۸، تقریبا ۵۰ درصد رشد کرده است. همه‌ی این اعداد نشان می‌دهد که مسیر چابک شدن تیم‌ها و سازمان‌ها -هرچه که باشد- از ایستگاه اسکرام میگذرد و اسکرام -به تنهایی- نماینده‌ و معرف همه‌ی متدهای دیگر چابک است.

اسکرام برای محیط‌های پیچیده ساخته شده است و به ما کمک می‌کند تا برای هر مساله‌ای به یک راه حل مناسب برسیم. چه بخواهیم برای یک ویروس مهلک، دارو بسازیم و چه بخواهیم برای ارائه‌ی یک خدمت، یک نرم‌افزار را توسعه بدهیم، فرقی نمی‌کند. اسکرام به ما کمک می‌کند تا راه‌حل را کشف و تولید کنیم.
